3.1 Senior Documents Support Services

We provide tailored support for preparing and reviewing documents such as advance directives, power of attorney forms and care transition plans. Services may be delivered remotely via virtual sessions or in person at our location.

3.2 Digital Info Product

Our digital info product consists of comprehensive guides and templates available for instant download after purchase. These materials serve as a resource for self-guided document preparation.

3.3 Physical Goods

We offer printed document kits and related materials shipped to the customer’s address. Shipping time and costs will be outlined at checkout.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We recognize the unique nature of our offerings and provide specific policies based on the type of purchase:

4.1 Services

For senior documents support services, customers may cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase. To cancel, submit a request via Contact Us. Upon approval, funds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days. Services scheduled but not yet started may be rescheduled to a later date upon request. If a service clearly states non-refundable, no funds will be processed back; this will be noted at the time of booking.

4.2 Digital Info Product

Access to digital guides is granted immediately after purchase. If the digital product remains unused, customers may request a refund within 7 days. Submit a request via Contact Us. Upon approval, funds will be processed back within 10 days. Once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be processed; this is due to immediate delivery upon purchase.

4.3 Physical Goods

Purchased printed materials may be shipped back within 30 days if they remain in original condition. Customers must contact us at Contact Us to obtain a shipping authorization to ship them back. After receiving and inspecting the item, funds will be credited back within 14 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Modification of Terms

AgeCarePapers may update these terms of service at any time. Revised terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Kuwait.
